True, but if the candidates had not given any reason for the investigation to begin with, then the taxpayers wouldn't have to worry about it.

I agree I hate that it is costing taxpayer money but if you don't insure the integerty of the elections then what is the point of haveing them

It is scary that was all it look LOL
I wonder if it is illage to ask for payment for the vote (would be funny/sad for someone to be up on federal charges for asking for pork rinds) I personaly hope the polaticions involved get hosed

Really, it all seems like a big joke. I mean I guess it would be different if the scandal was in some big city, but Appalachia?? It seems like they are always in trouble for something.....Can't we all just get along???

I'm not sure either. Just heard that they found some things suprising that will be under more investigation, they found these things during the execution of the search warrants.
